   – After the buyer confirms the item’s delivery, the payment will be transferred to your Toahfa account within 48 hours.

   – Sellers can withdraw their earnings via:

     – Bank Transfer: Funds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account. Bank transfer fees may apply depending on your financial institution.

     – E-Wallet: Option to withdraw funds to supported e-wallet platforms for faster access to your earnings.

     – Store Credit: You can opt to receive your payment as Toahfa store credit for future purchases, with bonus credits offered for choosing this option.

 

  1. Fees and Commissions

   – For Sell Fast listings: A standard fee 30 % will be deducted from the total sale price.

   – For Consignment Sales: Toahfa takes a 30% commission from the sale price after the item is sold. This commission covers the evaluation, listing, and marketing of your item.

   – Fees are automatically deducted from the final payout amount before it reaches your account.

 

  1. Payment Disputes

   – In case of any payment disputes (e.g., item not received or disputes about the item’s condition), funds may be temporarily held until the issue is resolved. Our customer support team will review the case and take appropriate action to ensure fairness for both parties.

 

  1. Payout Schedule

   – Payments are processed on a [weekly/bi-weekly] basis after the sale is confirmed. In the case of consignment sales, payments will be released within [X] days after the buyer’s payment is completed and confirmed.

 Payment Disputes

 

In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding payment, Toahfa provides a clear and simple resolution process:

– Disputes for Sellers: If you haven’t received your payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

– Disputes for Buyers: If the item you received doesn’t match the description, or if there is an issue with the payment process, please raise a dispute within 7 days from the delivery date. Our team will review the case and work toward a fair resolution.

 General Information

– All transactions on Toahfa are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). International buyers and sellers may be subject to currency conversion fees based on their payment provider’s rates.

– Toahfa reserves the right to hold payments for further verification in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or breaches of our Terms of Service.

– Sellers and buyers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date. Any issues arising from incorrect bank details or payment method information will need to be resolved by the user.
