Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Eligibility:

• Unused items with original packaging qualify for return within 15 days of purchase.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required for return processing.

Return Process:

• Contact us through email, call, or WhatsApp (contact information below) to initiate your return.
• We will provide instructions on returning your item.
• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• Check your bank account or credit card company for processing times.
• Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable timeframe.

Gifts:

• Gift purchases will be refunded as store credit.

Swaps:

Change of Mind: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving a swap for a full refund and return of both books.

Damaged Books: Contact us within 7 days if you receive a damaged book in a swap. We will arrange a return and send a replacement or issue a refund per your preference.

Incorrect Books: Notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong book in a swap. We will arrange a return and send the correct book as soon as possible.

Sales:

Change of Mind: You can return a book purchased within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in its original condition.

Damaged Books: Contact us within 7 days if you receive a damaged book in a purchase. We will arrange a return and send a replacement or issue a refund per your preference.

Incorrect Books: Notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong book in a purchase. We will arrange a return and send the correct book as soon as possible.
