Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the processing of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Swaps:
Change of Mind: You can change your mind about a swap within 24 hours of receiving it. Please contact us immediately to notify us of your change of mind, and we will arrange for the return of both books and issue a full refund.
Damaged Books: If you receive a book in your swap that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for the return of the damaged book and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Books: If you receive a book in your swap that is not the one you originally selected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect book and send you the correct one as soon as possible.
Rentals:
Returning Rentals: All our rental can be shipped  us back through same bag you get in , just paste the slip above and ship us back !
Early Cancellations: If you need to cancel your rental before the end of the rental period, you will have to notify us beforehand so that proper arrangements can be made easily.
Damaged Books: If you return a rented book that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged a repair fee or the full replacement cost of the book.
Sales:
Change of Mind: You can return a book you have purchased within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The book must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and packaging intact.
