Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses, which will be added to the item’s price and shown in the total at checkout. Shipping rates depend on the package size and the locations of both the buyer and seller.
Shipping Provider Selection: When making a purchase, buyers can select their preferred shipping provider. It is essential that sellers respect this choice; otherwise, the order may be canceled.
Order Tracking: After the item is shipped, buyers will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to monitor their shipment status.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after processing. If expedited shipping is needed, additional options may be available for an extra fee.Same Day Delivery is expected in tier-1 cities if buyers and seller are in same city.
For Sellers
Shipping Responsibilities: Sellers will receive a prepaid Toahfa-generated shipping label via email and their Toahfa inbox for each sale. If a shipping label is not provided, sellers must pay upfront and will be reimbursed once the order is completed.
Shipping Options Management: Sellers can choose different shipping options in their postage settings. The more options available, the higher the chances of selling items.
Shipping Deadline: Sellers have 2 business days to ship the item. If they cannot meet this deadline, they may request an extension of 1 additional business days from the buyer. This request can be made through the messaging feature on Toahfa.
Non-compliance with Shipping Instructions: If a seller fails to ship with the selected provider, Toahfa cannot track the package, which may lead to order cancellation.
