Condition Guidelines

Choosing Item Condition on Toahfa

The condition of an item helps buyers easily filter and find what they’re looking for. It’s important to be honest and clear when choosing the condition for your item, as it helps others make informed decisions.

Here’s a breakdown of the item conditions:

New with Tags: The item is brand new, just like you’d find in a store. The tags are still attached and/or the item is in its original packaging. It’s never been used and has no flaws.

New without Tags: The item is brand new, but it doesn’t have the tags or original packaging. It’s never been used and has no flaws.

Very Good: The item has been used a few times but is still in great condition. It may have minor imperfections, but these will be clearly shown and mentioned in your listing.

Good: The item has been used and may show signs of wear, such as minor scratches or fading. Any imperfections will be clearly shown and mentioned in your listing.

Satisfactory: The item has been used frequently and shows visible signs of wear. These flaws will be clearly shown and described in the listing.

Important: If the condition of your item is significantly worse than described, buyers may cancel their order and request a return. If you’re unsure, it’s safer to select a condition that reflects the flaws more accurately.

Toahfa might remove listings if an item’s condition is incorrectly marked.

Listing Items with Flaws:

– Upload a photo where the flaw is clearly visible. If there are multiple flaws, take a photo of each one.
– Make sure to describe any flaws in detail in your item’s description.

Examples of flaws to mention include: scuffs or marks, stains, holes or tears, missing parts, broken zippers, odors, alterations, stretching or shrinkage, fading, or discoloration.
