Toahfa Cancellation Policy

For Buyers

  • Order Cancellation Rights: Buyers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, they must contact Toahfa support via email or whatsapp . Cancellations requested after this period may not be processed if the order has already been shipped.
  • Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Buyers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Exceptions: If the item has already been dispatched, buyers will need to follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy instead of canceling the order.
