Toahfa Cancellation Policy

At Toahfa, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all our users. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below is our comprehensive cancellation policy to guide you through the process.

  1. Cancellation of Orders for New Items
  2. Before Dispatch:

   – Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are dispatched for delivery.

   – To cancel, log in to your Toahfa account, navigate to your order history, and select the “Cancel Order” option for the relevant order.

   – You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successfully processed.

  1. After Dispatch:

   – Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

   – If you no longer wish to receive the item, you can refuse the delivery, and the order will be marked as canceled. Please note that delivery charges may still apply and are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation of Orders for Preloved Items
  2. Before Pickup:

   – You can cancel a listing for preloved items before the scheduled pickup by visiting your account and selecting “Cancel Listing” under your active listings.

   – If the pickup is already scheduled, inform our support team immediately to avoid unnecessary logistics costs.

  1. After Pickup:

   – Preloved item orders cannot be canceled once the items have been picked up from your location.

   – If you have any concerns regarding your listing after pickup, contact our customer support team for assistance.

  1. Refunds for Canceled Orders
  2. Refund Eligibility:

   – If payment has been made for a canceled order, the amount will be refunded to your Toahfa wallet or original payment method within 7-10 business days.

   – Refunds are applicable only for orders canceled before dispatch or pickup.

  1. Non-Refundable Charges:

   – Any shipping or delivery fees for orders canceled after dispatch are non-refundable.

  1. Exceptions
  2. Custom or Special Orders:

   – Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

  1. Fraudulent Activity:

   – Toahfa reserves the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, the user will be notified, and a refund will be initiated if applicable.
