For Items Sold by You (Pre-Loved Fashion)

No Returns or Refunds Once Sold

  • Once your item is picked up and processed, it cannot be returned to you.
  • If an item is rejected during the quality check, it will be either recycled or returned to you at your expense.
  • If a buyer returns an item due to issues in listing accuracy, Toahfa will adjust the credits accordingly but does not offer cash refunds.

For Brand-New Purchases (Using Toahfa Credits)

Since all brand-new items are purchased directly from brands, the following policies apply:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • To return or exchange a new item, please follow the brand’s official return policy available on their website.
  • Toahfa does not handle returns, exchanges, or refunds for new items.

Refunds:

  • If a purchase is canceled by the brand or an item is out of stock, the credits used for the order will be refunded to your Toahfa Wallet within 3 working days.
  • No cash refunds are offered.

Important Notes:

Toahfa is a resale platform—once an item is sold, all sales are final.
New purchases follow brand policies, so refer to the brand’s website for their return process.
Refunds are only processed in credits, which can be used for future brand-new purchases.
