Toahfa offers a unique payment system designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and trust. We believe in providing flexibility and convenience in all our transactions. This policy outlines the payment methods accepted on our website and the process for using your Toahfa wallet.

Toahfa does not hand out cash to customers for it buy back book options. The payment is made in users e-wallet along with different Gift cards, Bonuses and top-up options for customer to get the maximum value for there selling and buying options.

Payment Methods

1. Toahfa Wallet:

• All registered users have a Toahfa wallet.
• You can use your wallet balance to purchase new books from our store.
• Wallet balance can be increased by Further selling old books to Toahfa or by using our referral program or adding payment manually in the wallet.

 

2. Mode for using Credits :

• You can use credits to buy new book you want from our store and those credits will deducted from your overall checkout price.
• Furthermore if there any books that you want that is not available at our store you can let us know through our customer care WhatsApp chat and we can procure for you and then amount of these new books will be deducted from your overall credits meaning you will get new books in exchange of old books.
• Lastly credits can also be transferred to another toahfa wallet account for your friend and family or closed ones to buy books using those credits.
• Due note all of the pick up and delivery are free of charges and you can exchange as many times as you want , replacing old books with new one.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• If your wallet balance is insufficient for a purchase, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay the remaining amount upon delivery.
• We offer free delivery charges on Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

 

3.1 Payment Process for Buying New Books

• Select your desired books and add them to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Choose your preferred payment method: Toahfa Wallet or Cash on Delivery.
• If using the Toahfa wallet, the available balance will be displayed.
• If your wallet balance is insufficient, you can choose COD and pay the remaining amount upon delivery.

 

3.2 Payment for Selling Old Books

• Submit your old books for evaluation through our website.
• Once your books are approved, we will process your order.
• Upon receiving your books, we will credit your Toahfa wallet with the equivalent amount within 24 hours.
